Currently the Clerk of Superior Court's office is the only office in the courthouse open to the public. You may need to notify the Sheriff's at the main enterance that you are there to place an upset bid. Should the Clerk's office close to the public, the upset bid period will be "paused". Example, if there are two days left to bid before it confirms and the Clerk's office closes, the two days will resume when the Clerk's office opens back up to the public. We will do our best to continue to update our website on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please make sure to check on upset bids with the Clerk's office and be aware of the confirmation timeframe so you don't miss the deadline to bid.
Should your bid confirm, you will receive a letter from our office will instructions on how to proceed.
